What you will do

• Lead and drive growth for hirify.global in assigned European markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Customer Support, Marketing, Tech, and Operations.
• Ensure operational readiness for market launches, campaigns, and process changes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for local market needs and execution challenges.
• Translate local market insights into actionable strategic recommendations for global leadership.
• Build and maintain hirify.global’s credibility and presence within local communities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Country Manager, Market Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Strong experience in cross-functional leadership within the tourism and travel sector is mandatory.
• Experience working in fast-growing or international business environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local market language.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and operational discipline.
