What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI agent workflows using KPU technology.
- Work directly with customers to rapidly iterate on enterprise AI solutions.
- Build evaluation datasets and frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Optimize workflows for performance, explainability, and enterprise-grade reliability.
- Apply new techniques across LLMs, RAG systems, and production AI agents.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered features in production.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, prompt optimization, and context engineering.
- Strong software engineering background with production Python proficiency.
- Understanding of ML system evaluation methodologies and performance optimization.
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical enterprise applications.
- Self-starter mindset and interest in building reliable, transparent, and trustworthy AI systems.
