AI Systems Engineer (LLM & AI Agent Development)

Location: Philippines; remote, with U.S. business hours

What you will do

• Build and maintain AI-powered web applications, autonomous agents, and internal tools.
• Implement multi-agent workflows, master orchestration, recursive AI workflows, and automation pipelines.
• Expand and maintain an internally developed CRM platform and features across multiple AI-powered products.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Design graph memory architectures, agent memory management, secure information-sharing, and data segmentation.
• Debug, optimize, and improve the reliability, privacy, security, and scalability of production AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and a track record of building production AI applications.
• Experience developing autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, AI workflows, graph memory, and agent memory management.
• Strong Python and Node.js development skills, with working knowledge of Java.
• Experience integrating LLMs, APIs, HubSpot or Salesforce, and business platforms into custom applications.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and OpenClaw or equivalent AI engineering frameworks.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and availability during U.S. business hours.
