What you will do
- Design and develop AI-powered perception solutions for mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones for global clients.
- Create state-of-the-art AI models and build robotics simulations using tools like Isaac Sim and Blender.
- Build pipelines for reinforcement and imitation learning and integrate robotic systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Build and mentor dynamic technical teams to support growth and scalability.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including workshops and communication with C-level executives.
- Test and validate AI and robotics solutions in both simulated and real-world production environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Advanced knowledge of ROS/ROS2, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven experience in computer vision tasks (object detection, segmentation, tracking) and robotics fundamentals (SLAM, motion planning).
- Must be based in Poland.
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency (B2+) required.
Nice to have
- Advanced academic background (MSc or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
- Experience with MLOps practices and complex CI/CD pipelines.
