Senior Applied AI Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with Delivery Managers to scope AI engagements, design architectures, and build POCs.
• Act as a primary technical advisor for clients during early project phases.
• Develop and ship production-grade LLM applications, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Own critical AI deployments end-to-end within client environments.
• Facilitate technical workshops and architecture reviews to build client capabilities.
• Contribute to internal assets like reference implementations and evaluation toolkits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM prompting, context engineering, and agent architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients in scoping and advisory roles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must be based in Poland for hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales processes as a technical expert.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with LLMOps tooling such as LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Experience building in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
