Senior ML Platform Engineer (AI): Building, evolving and scaling AI infrastructure for intelligent services with an accent on MLOps, training orchestration, and real-time Feature Store. Location: Hybrid model, must be able to work from the office at least 12 days per month in Warsaw, Bucharest, or Tallinn.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize core components of the ML platform.
• Extend and maintain an in-house Feature Store platform processing billions of real-time data points.
• Tune Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure for optimal cost-performance.
• Build automation and CI/CD tools for ML and LLM workflows.
• Proactively solve technical bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions for internal users.
• Promote technical excellence and software engineering best practices within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years specifically in ML, MLOps, or AI engineering.
• Proven production experience with Python, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in MLOps, AI ecosystems, and developing end-to-end solutions at scale.
• Experience leading and delivering complex cross-team projects.
• Strong drive, intelligence, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
