What you will do

• Contribute to various Internal Account Support projects.
• Support Salesforce migration by creating dashboards, enhancing user experience, and measuring KPIs.
• Manage lead assignment processes and track response times and process flows.
• Handle day-to-day support for quotation requests and lead follow-up.
• Work on order entry capacity optimization and process automation.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a study program in Technical Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
• Strong passion and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch or German.
