What you will do

• Own and manage the SCM practice and CMDB solution.
• Define and implement processes for configuration management and data quality governance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Configuration Items (CI) and service dependencies.
• Integrate CMDB with Change Enablement and automated discovery tools.
• Define KPIs and provide reporting for audit and compliance purposes.
• Maintain policies and SOPs for IT service lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Excellent practical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and SCM.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CMDB solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management.
• Strong understanding of CI lifecycle management and service mapping.
• English: C1 level required.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
