Focus on leading onboarding, transitioning partners from first-time buyers to active sellers, and resolving friction points across pricing, assets, and technical support.

What you will do

  • Establish, build, and document channel account management workflows for new partners.
  • Analyze partner sales channels and business models to recommend strategic improvements that increase visibility and sales volume.
  • Own revenue goals and expansion strategies for an assigned partner portfolio.
  • Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns and sales incentives for partners.
  • Lead partner onboarding and enablement, including training on hirify.global products and technologies.
  • Produce detailed partner health reports, repeat purchase metrics, and accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Success in the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including deep-diving into partner data to solve complex problems independently.
  • Track record of growing revenue within an existing account portfolio.
  • Proficiency maintaining CRM data and generating accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Excellent command of English; willingness to travel.
