TL;DR
Finance AI & Automation Specialist (AI/Power Platform): Building and operating finance automation and AI capabilities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany, general ledger, master data, tax, treasury, reporting, and shared service centres with an accent on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SAP integrations, and auditability. Focus on implementing human review points, securing financial data, creating rollback paths, and supporting production RPA solutions.
Location: Hybrid role based in the Asturias or Valencia office, Spain

What you will do
- Build and deploy AI and automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Python or equivalent scripting.
- Integrate automation with SAP extracts, finance systems, reporting layers, and shared service centre tooling through governed interfaces and APIs.
- Implement audit evidence, human review points, scoped access, credential management, appropriate logging, and redaction for every deployment.
- Operate deployed capabilities by maintaining runbooks, tested rollback paths, monitoring outcomes, and resolving deployment issues.
- Collaborate with the Finance AI Analyst, process owners, champion networks, and end users to test solutions, provide training, and create plain-language documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python or equivalent scripting, agentic development tools, and systems integration.
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions, including SAP-connected automation.
- Knowledge of finance data structures, reconciliation, exception handling, security controls, audit trails, documentation, and rollback procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building automation, integration, or data solutions, including at least 1 year using AI or large language model tooling in production.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Production experience with Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Excel VBA, or SAP-connected automation.
- Experience in regulated or audited environments.
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, or period close processes.
