Solution Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support the Sales team through demos, customer meetings, and Proof of Concepts.
• Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to help customers optimize their product configuration.
• Deliver technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones.

Requirements

• Must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales, or customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or software company.
• Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Android and/or iOS development and build processes (Gradle, Xcode).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or application security.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products (ProGuard, DexGuard, iXGuard).
• Experience with reverse engineering tools.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in fintech or banking.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese or Malay.
