Senior Engineer, Product Security

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Onsite role; no travel required.

What you will do

• Participate in a rotational 24/7 duty manager role supporting global application and systems management.
• Design, develop, implement, monitor, and improve product security infrastructure and services.
• Improve system performance and high availability through tuning, monitoring, and observability.
• Design infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools and maintain configuration management solutions.
• Develop test automation frameworks and create AI tools that improve infrastructure usage and productivity.
• Evaluate emerging products, AI tools, and technologies and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong Linux expertise with 4–7 years of systems administration experience.
• Knowledge of CIS security standards and system hardening practices.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, observability, and performance management tools.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting, virtualization, system security, risk assessment, cryptography, digital certificates, encryption, KMS, and DevSecOps CI/CD.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HSM operations and Linux vulnerability management.
• Professional certifications in Red Hat, networking, or security.
• Knowledge of PKI, networking, ISO 2001/27002, and FIPS certification.
