TL;DR
PMO (Project Management Office): Analyzing and planning game development projects end-to-end while managing large multi-discipline teams with an accent on risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against deadlines. Focus on capacity planning, reporting, and supporting team performance and growth through feedback and career development.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; Remote (availability to overlap with European working hours)

What you will do
- Analyze new project requirements, prepare project plans, assess risks, and propose mitigations.
- Ensure delivery of required quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage large project teams or multiple sub-teams across disciplines (programmers, artists, game designers, QA).
- Clarify team goals and align expectations between stakeholders and client-side contacts.
- Plan and manage team capacity; run team meetings and provide reports.
- Support team performance tracking, feedback, career development, and contribute to hiring interviews.
Requirements
- Experience across all project phases (from idea to release) and ability to adjust methodologies by phase and team size.
- Client-facing experience: build collaborative relationships and maintain a high level of trust.
- Ability to prioritize, set plans and priorities, assess risks, and track tasks to completion.
- Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Fluent English and Native Korean speaker.
- GameDev experience and availability to overlap with European working hours.
