Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote or in-office in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform that enables non-engineers to create secure enterprise software and internal systems.

What you will do

• Own technical onboarding and success for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Guide customer administrators on deployment, operations, best practices, and solution architecture.
• Work with application builders to design, build, and troubleshoot production applications.
• Solve technical challenges involving integrations, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes.
• Build internal applications, create technical documentation, and develop reusable solution patterns.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience building software projects with modern programming languages and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and curiosity.
• Interest in working directly with enterprise customers and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, networking, or enterprise authentication.
• Experience in solutions engineering, technical support, consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
