What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go and Python within a microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
• Own product features end-to-end, from technical design and requirements gathering to deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-ready, and well-tested code while contributing to team-wide code reviews.
• Drive architectural decisions and elevate the overall technical standards of the engineering team.
• Improve existing client implementations while developing new platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Production experience with Go and Python (primary focus on Go).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Kafka (or similar message queues), Redis, and MongoDB.
• Proven experience deploying containerized services using Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency with AWS and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, AI/ML systems, or agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
• Background in SRE practices or security architecture.
