Location: Must be based in Wenatchee, Washington (On-site)
Salary: $28–$38 per hour

What you will do
- Clean, maintain, and upgrade plasma reactors (CVD tools) to ensure high quality.
- Troubleshoot industrial control and electrical systems, including high-voltage power supplies, sensors, and PLCs.
- Plan and execute equipment retrofits to improve tool reliability and process capabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Maintain a safe working environment and complete necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and online checklists.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing ladders and using foot controls.
- Ability to work Graveyard (6:00 pm–6:00 am) or Swing (01:00 pm–01:00 am) shifts.
Nice to have
- 2-year technical degree, certificate, or military technical background in mechanical or electrical fields.
- Experience with high vacuum systems and leak detection.
- Experience troubleshooting three-phase AC power and low-voltage DC board-level signals.
