Salary: $30.00 – 41.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventative and on-demand maintenance and non-standard repairs of manufacturing equipment.
• Execute equipment installation and validation processes including IQ/OQ.
• Manage spare parts inventory and track usage.
• Assemble equipment and fixtures based on documented prints.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to solve manufacturing problems.
• Train junior technicians on departmental practices and simple repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical device or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment per GMP guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs) and climb ladders up to 12 ft.
• Must be able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
