What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment including CNC and injection molding machines.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility systems to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Execute intermediate-level repairs involving plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and document spare parts inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate in LEAN activities such as Kaizens and 5-whys to reduce downtime and costs.
• Assist in the training and development of junior technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of technical training or job-related experience.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Full competency in troubleshooting failures and implementing effective repairs.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work onsite in Delavan, WI and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Full ability to read and communicate in English.
