What you will do
- Lead the People function end-to-end, managing a lean team across NYC and Tel Aviv.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, hiring strategies, and performance management.
- Codify company culture and traditions while shaping the People function as a business driver.
- Manage compensation structures and scaling initiatives for a global, fast-moving team.
- Build trust with high-performing teams and coach leadership on people-related challenges.
- Solve complex, ambiguous operational problems to support rapid company growth.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in People, Talent, or HR roles.
- Proven management experience leading teams.
- Experience working within a scaling startup environment.
- Ability to move comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect People decisions to business outcomes.
- High agency, strong judgment, and the ability to build trust with strong personalities.
