What you will do

• Analyze product performance, user behaviors, and global trends to uncover optimization and growth opportunities.
• Conduct research and data analysis to generate actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Track and report on product KPIs, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain high-quality product and process documentation, managing feature dependencies.
• Perform post-release analysis to measure impact against expected outcomes and recommend next steps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a product analyst role focusing on digital products or web analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of experimentation principles (e.g., A/B testing) and user testing methods.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London.
