What you will do

• Post payments from multiple sources for various clients accurately.
• Reconcile deposits and resolve complex financial discrepancies.
• Perform quality reviews on cash posting transactions to ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Analyze trends to identify process deficiencies and recommend performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify risks and drive process change.
• Identify training needs and provide education to staff regarding procedure changes.

Requirements

• High school education (required).
• Must have previous experience with EOB and ERN Cash Posting.
• Experience in DME, Respiratory, or Enteral fields.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
• Ability to multitask and work independently within multiple client databases.
• Must be based in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Brightree software.
