Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Review and analyze claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy and maximize clean claim rates.
  • Support timely claim submission, payment resolution, and account reconciliation activities.
  • Contribute to financial stability and operational scalability through demographic and claims management.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through accurate billing practices and effective issue resolution.
  • Serve as a key contributor within front-end billing operations supporting the overall revenue cycle process.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (Company participates in E-verify and follows CCPA).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2+ years of related healthcare, billing, or revenue cycle experience.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written communication skills for explaining complex information clearly.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data and resolving issues.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Imagine billing software.
  • Experience with Availity clearinghouse.
