What you will do

• Handle insurance-related administrative and operational tasks and collaborate across the organization.
• Identify and address insurance risks arising from daily operations, contracts, and business transactions.
• Coordinate with external insurance brokers for annual renewals, due diligence, policy changes, and coverage placement.
• Process insurance requests such as certificates of insurance, tail coverage quotes, and policy endorsements.
• Maintain and track insurance data using tools like Smartsheet, Excel, and databases.

Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify)
• At least 3 years of insurance industry experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Insurance certifications such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, CWCA, or AAI.
