TL;DR

Legal Counsel: Advising and supporting subscription-based mobile product operations with an accent on GDPR/privacy, IP, consumer protection, and contract lifecycle compliance. Focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements while monitoring regulatory changes across North America and Europe.

What you will do

• Advise product, marketing, operations, and other teams on GDPR, IP, IT, employment, consumer rights, and regulatory matters.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations that support business goals while ensuring compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service, partnership, agency, licensing, distribution, and vendor contracts across the contract lifecycle.
• Maintain the legal framework for mobile apps, including Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and Cookie Policies.
• Ensure compliance with consumer protection and subscription regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable guidance for internal teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of legal experience supporting digital subscription businesses, SaaS, mobile apps, or technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations, intellectual property law, and consumer protection requirements.
• Experience working with international jurisdictions, particularly across North America and Europe.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a practical, business-friendly way.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Additional European languages (e.g., Polish).
