Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise client organizations.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Leverage partnerships with Workday and ServiceNow to identify impactful integration opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor client health and usage data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular business reviews and strategic insights to client leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and growing account revenue.
- Strong preference for experience in the B2B SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.
