TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (SaaS): Managing relationships and driving growth for top-tier enterprise clients with an accent on product adoption and strategic alignment with HR goals. Focus on building executive-level partnerships, executing account growth plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise client organizations.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Leverage partnerships with Workday and ServiceNow to identify impactful integration opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client health and usage data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and strategic insights to client leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and growing account revenue.
  • Strong preference for experience in the B2B SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.
