TL;DR

Partner Account Manager, Mid-Enterprise (SaaS): Building and managing long-term relationships with marketing agencies and systems integrators to drive growth and co-selling opportunities with an accent on consultative strategy and partner profitability. Focus on developing lead referral pipelines, optimizing partner offerings, and acting as a product expert to scale the partner ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the United States)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with approximately 30 partner organizations, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a lead referral pipeline to drive mutual business growth.
  • Develop long-term growth strategies and optimize partner offerings around the hirify.global platform.
  • Perform product demonstrations and present advanced use cases to the partner network.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enable partners on new platform enhancements.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and partner success.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in SaaS account management, channel management, or sales.
  • Experience managing accounts within the SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise segments.
  • Proven ability to influence and build deep professional relationships.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and acting as a thought leader.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events.
