What you will do
- Provide customer support through designated communication channels.
- Investigate and document bugs, escalating technical issues to internal teams.
- Manage billing inquiries and payment investigations using Stripe and PayPal.
- Handle chargeback investigations and dispute processes.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI-powered support solutions.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new online systems quickly.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others.
- Ability to work in shifts (Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM or Night: 11 PM – 7 AM UTC+1/UTC+2).
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer support, operations, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM, help desk, or ticketing systems.
- Understanding of online payments and billing processes.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience investigating root causes using data.
