What you will do

  • Provide customer support through designated communication channels.
  • Investigate and document bugs, escalating technical issues to internal teams.
  • Manage billing inquiries and payment investigations using Stripe and PayPal.
  • Handle chargeback investigations and dispute processes.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI-powered support solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new online systems quickly.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Ability to work in shifts (Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM or Night: 11 PM – 7 AM UTC+1/UTC+2).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM, help desk, or ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of online payments and billing processes.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience investigating root causes using data.
