TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (SaaS/MarTech): Providing high-quality technical and non-technical product support for EMEA customers via email and live chat with an accent on French language proficiency and software troubleshooting. Focus on resolving complex customer issues and integrating AI into support workflows.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office), Dublin, Ireland. Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions is required.

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality product support for EMEA customers through email and live chat.
  • Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints using established processes.
  • Offer guidance on non-technical areas including marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and problem-resolution workflows.
  • Transform workflows by integrating AI tools to build smarter and more efficient systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French language skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work weekends (available shifts: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).
  • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably troubleshooting SaaS issues.
  • Practical experience experimenting with AI tools in work or personal projects.
  • Full authorization to work in Ireland without any restrictions.

Nice to have

  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics (DNS, IPs).
  • Background in MarTech SaaS, email deliverability, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, G-Suite, or similar support tools.
