TL;DR

Member Support Administrator (Customer Success): Managing the operational backbone of a 900+ member innovator ecosystem with an accent on technical support, CRM data hygiene, and marketing operations. What you will do

  • Manage the primary membership inbox, triaging and resolving technical issues regarding platform navigation and account access.
  • Maintain accurate member records and data hygiene within Salesforce/HubSpot.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and proofing outbound communications.
  • Assist with logistical coordination and production support for live and virtual member webinars.
  • Track inquiry metrics and escalate complex technical or contract issues to internal teams.
  • Proactively update FAQs and internal resource guides based on recurring member friction points.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, IN, MO, NC, NM, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WY
  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, help desk, customer success, or membership operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and guide non-technical users through system navigation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail regarding data entry and recordkeeping.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Experience supporting webinar production or virtual event execution.
  • Background in government contracting, defense tech, or member-based ecosystems.
