Technical Support Engineer

Location: London, hybrid

Salary: £80,000–£107,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by handling inbound support questions through Slack and Pylon.
• Act as the customer voice by capturing product feedback and feature requests for Product and Engineering.
• Work with Customer Success Managers to resolve customer technical challenges.
• Expand technical support processes in collaboration with the Head of Technical Support.
• Partner directly with Engineering to debug integration issues, write custom scripts, and work with the API.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Experience with monitoring and on-call systems.
• Ability to write code well enough to tackle technical challenges.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and simply.
• Strong product understanding and persistence when investigating technical issues.
