TL;DR
Onboarding Technician (SaaS): Guiding new customers through the setup, configuration, and adoption of the platform with an accent on technical troubleshooting and product training. Focus on delivering seamless onboarding experiences while collaborating with AI-driven systems to resolve complex customer scenarios.
Location: Must be based in Ukraine. Role requires working evening/night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours (Mon–Fri 4:00 pm – 3:00 am).

What you will do
- Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share.
- Configure accounts, call flows, and devices with high attention to detail.
- Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
- Deliver product training on features and usage to new customers.
- Collaborate with AI-driven onboarding systems by handling escalations and edge cases.
- Partner with Sales, Product Support, and CRM teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- English: Proficient written and verbal communication required.
- Must be able to work night shifts (Mon–Fri 4:00 pm – 3:00 am U.S. business hours).
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic technical aptitude in software support, device setup, and networking fundamentals.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools.
- VoIP experience.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and automation.
