What you will do

• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and product availability.
• Analyze inventory trends, performance metrics, and operational data.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain key inventory and supply chain KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service) to support product flow.
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the El Salto plant in Mexico.
