What you will do

• Drive key fulfillment KPIs including Fill Rate, Backorder %, and Service Level.
• Manage end-to-end order execution, including prioritization and delivery tracking.
• Partner with Sales to align customer commitments with operational feasibility.
• Lead the S&OE execution cadence across Sales, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Identify and escalate supply chain risks while providing clear trade-off analysis.
• Develop and mentor the Customer Fulfillment team to ensure execution discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, or Logistics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and S&OP alignment.
• Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., AS400) and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Experience in high-complexity environments like retail or consumer goods.
