What you will do

• Supervise daily team activities and manage workload distribution to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with US and Canadian stakeholders to ensure seamless freight operations.
• Monitor individual and team performance against daily goals and KPIs.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Create and distribute performance management reports for internal and customer stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation management, brokerage, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to use root cause analysis to resolve operational problems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Monterrey, Mexico.
