Engineering Projects Execution Manager (Fixed Term – 2 Years)

Location: Tire, İzmir, Turkey; on-site work and travel as required

What you will do

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of a chocolate factory construction project within scope, budget, timeline, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and other technical designs.
• Manage CAPEX budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, approvals, cost control, procurement, tenders, and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and Group stakeholders.
• Ensure sustainability, energy efficiency, environmental, and LEED Silver or equivalent certification requirements are addressed throughout design, construction, and commissioning.
• Monitor site execution, manage risks and corrective actions, and lead installation, commissioning, handover, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering project execution, preferably in factory construction or large industrial CAPEX projects.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, cash flow, contractors, and multiple stakeholders in a matrix or international organization.
• Solid knowledge of construction works, utilities, production environments, and industrial engineering standards.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tire, İzmir, Turkey and travel as required.
• Excellent written and spoken English required for communication with Group and global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or multinational manufacturing environments.
• Experience with sustainable industrial or building projects and LEED Silver or equivalent green building standards.
