What you will do

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of a chocolate factory construction project within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and utilities designs for compliant technical solutions.
• Manage CAPEX processes, including budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and cost control.
• Act as the primary interface with Group teams to align with global engineering standards.
• Coordinate external partners, including designers, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensure factory design aligns with sustainability principles and LEED Silver certification criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering project execution, specifically factory construction or large industrial CAPEX.
• Proven track record in project management, budget control, and contractor management.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work on-site in Tire, İzmir.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or multinational manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to LEED Silver or equivalent green building standards.
