TL;DR
Field Service Engineer (Industrial Automation): Installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer sites with an accent on industrial automation, PLC communication, and technical troubleshooting. Focus on supporting equipment trials and demonstrations, resolving service issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships while travelling across Türkiye.
Location: Konya, Türkiye; regular travel across Türkiye is required.

What you will do
- Install and commission new Videojet solutions.
- Maintain, service, and repair installed Videojet equipment at customer sites.
- Support product trials and demonstrations in close collaboration with sales.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective service and communication.
Requirements
- Field service experience at customer sites or through telephone support.
- 2–3 years of experience in marking and coding, industrial automation, or a related industry.
- Experience with automation systems and PLC communication.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed personal performance targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Türkiye.
- Written and spoken English is preferred.
