Maintenance Engineer

Location: Balıkesir-Susurluk, based at the Susurluk factory

What you will do

• Coordinate breakdown, predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance activities with the production department.
• Implement maintenance plans and annual maintenance revisions.
• Record, report, and coordinate maintenance and repair operations.
• Improve maintenance quality through team training, productivity initiatives, and occupational safety activities.
• Obtain and organize quotations for machinery spare parts and services and create purchase requests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Professional knowledge of mechanical elements, connections, fittings, and sealing parts.
• Experience with root cause analysis, 7D problem solving, TPM, and commissioning new lines or machines.
• Experience managing spare-parts warehouses, supplying equipment parts, and reducing annual maintenance budgets.
• Knowledge of auxiliary facilities such as steam boilers and air compressors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and English.
