What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and internal champion for the Omnea procurement platform.
  • Manage Purchase Order requests and ensure alignment with internal procurement policies.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate data flow and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract renewal processes.
  • Monitor procurement metrics and build reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Cyber teams to maintain governance standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or vendor management.
  • Experience working with procurement platforms (Omnea experience highly desirable).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, or Legal teams.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a fast-paced tech or fintech scaling business.
  • Exposure to supplier due diligence or procurement compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement analytics and reporting tools.
