What you will do

• Manage requisition queues and progress purchase order approvals in line with company policy.
• Handle queries and correct documentation to ensure transactions remain accurate and compliant.
• Provide high-quality procurement process support to enable users to work within risk guidelines.
• Support colleagues in adopting and following procurement processes, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain strong data integrity by capturing procurement data accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to reduce PO exceptions and improve PO penetration.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience engaging and supporting a range of stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of P2P tools such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Confident problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
• Digital confidence and familiarity with buying processes.
