What you will do
- Act as the primary voice of the client within the agency, ensuring all deliverables meet brief requirements and scope.
- Lead client output across both real-time bidding (RTB) and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
- Manage financial oversight, including accurate forecasting, profitability tracking, and smooth handling of purchase orders.
- Collaborate across the agency matrix to champion unrivalled work and challenge existing norms.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities by leveraging specialist services and understanding client KPIs.
- Support internal teams in delivering plans and resolving operational issues proactively.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Proven experience in client leadership within an agency environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing financial data and SOW profitability.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt styles to different audiences.
