Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX) - Must be in the local office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Independently oversee and manage a large and complex book of accounts.
• Develop and deliver customized risk strategies based on each client’s risk profile to drive optimal results.
• Execute renewal and placement strategies across various zones in conjunction with advisory leaders.
• Identify needs for new products and suggest innovative solutions using industry-leading analytics.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients and carriers to ensure complex risk needs are met.
• Actively participate in responses to RFPs to drive new business development.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Multinational experience is a must.
• P&C license is a must (or ability to obtain one).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
