What you will do
- Lead regulatory oversight, risk management, and governance activities for Life New Business.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk to ensure regulatory obligations are embedded in day-to-day execution.
- Manage end-to-end audits, certifications, and market conduct reviews, including Reg 60 and 38a.
- Translate complex operational and regulatory data into executive-ready reporting and presentations.
- Provide daily regulatory guidance to New Business teams and external vendor partners.
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement across global delivery models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in financial services.
- 5+ years of experience in Life New Business, insurance operations, regulatory operations, or risk management.
- 2+ years of experience developing executive communications and reporting for leadership.
- Must be located in or able to work from Springfield, MA.
Nice to have
- Experience with audit, compliance, or governance frameworks in a financial services environment.
- Project or program management experience, including dependency management across stakeholders.
- Knowledge of specific Life New Business regulatory requirements (Reg 60, 38a, 38a-1).
- Experience working with global delivery models or third-party vendor partnerships.
