What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to approve alternative raw materials and suppliers.
• Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure supply chain stability.
• Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Align material specifications with plant needs and supplier capabilities.
• Represent the Lithuanian plant in global strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Execute purchasing order placement activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supplier development or relationship management.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar MRP systems and document control tools.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• English and Lithuanian language proficiency required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Buyer/Planner and Quality functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or APICS.
