What you will do

• Lead and inspire the Buying team to deliver brand-right and commercially strong product ranges.
• Own end-to-end seasonal buying execution, ensuring strong range architecture and on-time delivery.
• Drive sourcing and costing strategies using open costing and smart negotiation to improve margins.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure trade-ready launches.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team while embedding new operational disciplines across the organization.
• Shape line plans and price architecture aligned with customer needs and channel strategy.

Requirements

• Proven senior Buying leadership experience within fashion retail.
• Deep expertise in open costing, cost-breakdown analysis, and margin engineering.
• Experience in production planning, lead-time optimization, and GTM calendar alignment.
• Proficiency in Buying systems such as PLM and SAP.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hilversum, Netherlands (Hybrid 60:40).
