Location: Hybrid, office presence required minimum 3 days per week in Redwood City, CA, and other offices in the US, Europe, and Asia.

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and operate authentication, identity, and secure access services.
• Improve reliability, observability, and deployment safety of critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and security teams to deliver secure platform capabilities.
• Participate in technical design and implementation of authentication and identity solutions.
• Engage in on-call rotation to investigate and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems.
• Strong Java development skills and experience delivering production software.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience with authentication, identity, authorization, or enterprise security domains preferred.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, or related authentication technologies preferred.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP, TypeScript, and React.
• Prior experience working on internal platforms requiring high reliability, security, and compliance.
