What you will do

• Shape and implement the strategic framework for IT service excellence and digital business platforms.
• Collaborate with national and international DSOs and business stakeholders to unlock digital transformation value.
• Lead the Expert Team and provide strategic concepts and recommendations to the Digital & IT Leadership Team.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Define and steer standardization and optimization decisions across Energy Networks.
• Act as a trusted digital ambassador in internal and external strategic dialogues.

Requirements

• University degree in informatics, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Operations, User Centricity, and Service Management.
• Expertise in agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), cloud technologies, and ITIL.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Essen, Germany.
