What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, resources, and team communication.
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, and progress toward sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align release plans.
• Identify and remove impediments while resolving conflicts within cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular status updates on milestones, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, or Scrum Management within software development.
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Deep practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting tools.
• Work schedule: 12:00 to 21:00 CET.
