IT Product Delivery Manager

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Vienna, Austria (Hybrid role with up to 5 days remote work per week).

Salary: Minimum €3,500 gross/month.

What you will do

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Commercial Product Manager.
• Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Coordinate technical tasks across developers, designers, and operations teams.
• Oversee product release management and ensure successful deployment.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality standards through coordination with QA teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of software development processes and engineering practices.
• Experience in product management and backlog management techniques.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Vienna, Austria.
