What you will do
- Hire, manage, and develop a world-class team of leaders and software engineers.
- Facilitate collaboration among engineers across the organization.
- Manage client project delivery, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and earned value.
- Manage client expectations and align resources and scope with their strategy.
- Apply project management methodology to all engagements and manage risks.
- Learn the client’s business and develop proposals for future engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of team management experience (hiring, developing, leading an enterprise-level engineering team).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, related discipline, or equivalent education or experience.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging resources to achieve company and project objectives.
- Hands-on experience with development of software engineering processes and best practices.
- Track record of on-time delivery and achieving quality goals.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Ability to dive into and have pertinent technical conversations, and ascertain the competence of engineers.
Nice to have
- Project Management and/or Agile certifications.
- Software Development or QA experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled projects.
