Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Gather, clarify, and structure requirements from marketing stakeholders.
• Translate business requests into actionable tasks for development, QA, and design teams.
• Manage team backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint planning cycles.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Facilitate status meetings and document key decisions.
• Define acceptance criteria and participate in the validation of deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience in IT or web development.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, task decomposition, and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts (frontend, backend, APIs, CMS).
• Must be based in Georgia, Malta, Poland, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience launching projects from scratch.
• Background in marketing, partnership, or affiliate projects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered project management tools.
• Experience with Figma for design review and validation.
